Hōgen and Genba[]
Hōgen and Genba are brothers. They went through all in their life together and they two are the only ones they love and care about. There's no one else for whom they have positive feelings.
Hōgen and Kamakiri[]
Though Kamakiri is Hōgen's right hand, Hōgen doesn't care bout him, he just wants him to succeed his orders and lead his pack correctly. If Kamakiri disrespects him, he doesn't hold back his anger against him. Though he never hurt him seriously, knowing that he's a useful follower. But after he failed the second time Hōgen had enough and he threw him out of his pack, killing all his pack members who returned back to him. If he had seen Kamakiri one more time he would have eventually killed him.
