This attack is a variation of the Zetsu Tenrō Battōga and is similar to Neck Rolling in Shiroi Senshi Yamato.
It occurs when the dog bites the opponent's neck, it spins itself around the whole neck a few times until the opponent gets in no shape to fight from blood loss. This attack was created against monkeys, though it's also used against bears in hunting.
According to Ginga Densetsu Weed volume 32, Yukimura created this technique so he could kill monkeys more effectively with one hit. When Joe uses it in bear hunting, it's less effective due to the much more durable target.
