They are owners of Sasuke. The son was the only one whose name was known (Hiro).

Sasuke ran away from them as a puppy and came back 2 years later. The story became famous. After having mistaken the Ōu Leader, Gin, for his friend, Weed, Hōgen started to aid pet-dogs to his army. Sasuke was one of them and left his owners once again to join Hōgen's army and then the Ōu Army.
